Regency Living was established in 2001 by Michael Palermo and Domenic Pelle. With over 60 years experience between them, they identified that there was a definite lack of understanding between builders and client expectations. Michael and Domenic along with a group of experienced personnel felt they could make a difference in the industry by building superior quality finished homes.
