The vision of Wise Earth is to have all natural, human and built environments working and functioning in harmony. This vision is achieved by ensuring people in their everyday working and personal lives purchase and utilise products and services that mitigate harm to the environment.

Examples include switching from non-renewable to renewable power; walking instead of driving; eating home grown vegetables; living and working in climate sensible homes and buildings; working from home or in an air-conditioning-free environment; reducing consumption of materials and products per se; and becoming more involved in community programs aimed at improving the lives of people and the planet.

Wise Earth is the brainchild of Mr Garry Baverstock who is an eco architect best known in his native Western Australia for designing and building award-winning energy efficient passive solar buildings and for mapping out climate sensible urban plans. In 2006 Mr Baverstock was awarded an Order of Australia for his outstanding contribution to Australian society.
