When Peter Papadakis started PTM Homes in 1978, he could not have imagined that this small family business would one day become PTM Group. Peter and sons Tony and Michael, who joined the business some years later, have seen PTM grow into a commercial builder with an impressive portfolio of projects and a swag of awards.

Sustainability

At PTM Group, we strive to be as 'green' as possible in our own operations and in our projects. All houses and villas that we design and construct must now have 5 star energy ratings, so design elements such as cross ventilation and even external colours need to be carefully considered. Environmentally sustainable design and construction is now a must, not an option.

Design

At PTM Group, we use designers and subcontractors who we can be sure will meet our high expectations. They must have a very good understanding of the unique Territory environment, including the climate and the demands of our vast distances and rugged landscape.
